  1. Responsible for all Establishment matters of Academic Staff.
  2. Processing of APER Forms for promotion exercise of Academic Staff.
  3. Responsible for planning, interpretation and implementation of approved Establishment rules and regulations.
  4. Collation of annual estimates and personnel budget for Academic Staff.
  5. Servicing of Appointments and Promotions Committee.
  6. Handles various correspondences in respect of Appointments, Confirmation, Transfers, Deployments, Interviews  and Discipline of Academic Staff in the College
  7. General assistance and any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by the Registrar and the Rector.
  8. Preparation of annual progress report on activities of Establishment Department (Academic Staff)
