- Responsible for all Establishment matters of Academic Staff.
- Processing of APER Forms for promotion exercise of Academic Staff.
- Responsible for planning, interpretation and implementation of approved Establishment rules and regulations.
- Collation of annual estimates and personnel budget for Academic Staff.
- Servicing of Appointments and Promotions Committee.
- Handles various correspondences in respect of Appointments, Confirmation, Transfers, Deployments, Interviews and Discipline of Academic Staff in the College
- General assistance and any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by the Registrar and the Rector.
- Preparation of annual progress report on activities of Establishment Department (Academic Staff)
