Junior Staff Personnel :: YABATECH

  1. Responsible to the Registrar in an advisory capacity for all Junior Staff Personnel Matters.
  2. General supervision and coordination of Junior Staff Personnel Department.
  3. Identifying and processing approved vacancies and short-listing for Junior Staff categories.
  4. Responsible for preliminary arrangement of interviews for Junior Staff.


 

  1. Preparation and signing of letters of appointment after due approval.
  2. Processing of Annual Performance Evaluation Report (APER) Form for Junior Staff Promotion exercise.
  3. Assisting the Registrar on aspect of formulation, planning, interpretation, implementation of approved personnel matters, rules and regulations, conditions of service etc.
  4. Preparing annual estimates and personnel budget for Junior Staff Personnel Department.
  5. Servicing of Junior Staff Appointments and Promotion Committee and implementation of its decisions.
  6. Handling various correspondences in respect of appointments, confirmation, transfers, deployment, interviews and discipline of junior staff.
  7. Preparation of annual progress report on activities of Junior Staff Personnel Department.
  8. Attending to enquires of personal interest to all Junior Staff.
  9. Setting achievable goals and objectives, taking into account limitation of available resources and coordination of subordinates towards achieving same.
